If you click a link and nothing happens, or a download doesn't work, your Web browser may be blocking Real's communication with the Internet. To fix it, you'll need to reset Internet Explorer (IE). This involves clearing out old temporary Internet files and resetting privacy and security settings.
Note: If you are at work, you may want to clear these steps with your IT department before performing them.
After completing these steps, you will need to log back in to any Web site that requires a membership to access. If you do not see a button to delete your cookies, you are running an outdated version of Internet Explorer and should update to the latest version directly from Microsoft or from the manufacturer of your computer.
First, clear all temporary Internet files, including your cookies:
1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Tools menu, then choose Internet Options.
3. Click Delete Cookies, then OK.
4. Click Delete Files, select the Delete all offline content check box, and then click OK.
This may take a while, depending on how full your Temporary Internet Files folder is. Proceed to step 5 when this has completed.
Next, restore IE security and privacy settings to their default levels:
